Main door is vital component of the house. This prominent entrance space add elegant decor details that elevates the overall ambience of the home. The blend of wood and MS in the door fulfil the aspect of security and aesthetics simultaneously.
The grey laminated backdrop of the sitting area in the vestibule highlights the area. This vestibule leads to the drawing room where the area allows the user to have a pause point and admire the elegance of the space. The space is designed in such a way that it has an amalgamation of various elements of nature like the Green Garden attached at the rear, wooden touch by interesting pattern of wooden laminate & teak wood patti in the ceiling and the penetration of light and air through the balcony. The backdrop of the TV Unit is made by a grey colored laminate attached with vertical rose gold Patti to give a robust look. To demonstrate lucidity, the design avoids excess decoration yet arranges ample statement ideas to master the drawing room. The wall is delightfully enhanced by a brick textured wallpaper acting as a background to the sofa.
Easy to maintain modular kitchen with subtle tones is an example of modern simplicity. The service platform acts as a separating medium between the dining and the kitchen. The dining with Italian marble top and beige colored upholstery adds luxury to the space.
The bedroom on the west side has a large sized window that becomes an entry way for the light and air to pass through keeping the room airy and bright throughout the day. This space is highlighted with brown colored laminates. A thick vertical mirror on both sides of the bed accentuates the bed and the side tables.
A unique combination of subtle color palettes, relwood, laminates, mirror and PU Finishes is an identity to the Master Bedroom. The headboard comprises of the relwood that gives a royal look whereas the PU Finished wardrobes showcases the simplicity of the room. A study table is adjoined to the room with the relwood backdrop that breaks the continuity in material. The mirrors are used purposefully to give a grandeur look to the space.
Creating a simple, practical, and uncluttered space was the Architect’s line of action. The architect worked on every detail and execution process. Adaptable material palettes, innovative solutions, and creative aesthetics approach altogether have helped to achieve the right equilibrium between client’s expectations and our aspirations. Invoking a sense of calm and serenity, the apartment gives an impression that undergoes a sleek design in muted warm-toned colors, seamless joinery, and feature pieces. Still, it emphasizes every detail that balances minimalism with absolute functionality, offering more than everything that the client may need without imposing the minimalist concept.
