From the beginning, the project prioritized the integration of spaces and the personalization of every detail to reflect the lifestyle of the young couple of lawyers. Through a meticulous process, each element was carefully thought out to translate the essence and lifestyle of the residents, resulting in an apartment that combines aesthetics, comfort, and practicality in a unique environment.

Developed from the floor plan, the project took three months to conceive and two years to execute. The habits of the residents were essential in defining the spaces. A culinary enthusiast, the owner wanted an environment where he could cook while interacting with guests. To achieve this, the kitchen was integrated into the living room, with the cooktop strategically positioned facing the living area. Large sliding doors ensure the flexibility to isolate the space whenever necessary.

Another highlight of the project is the wine room, located right at the entrance of the apartment. As collectors and enthusiasts, the residents were given an exclusive space, with a custom shelf designed so that the wine bottles would become part of the decor. The space also features leather armchairs and a turntable, placed to enhance the sensory experience.

With a modern and timeless concept, the decor balances sophistication and functionality. The lighting was planned to create different settings, ranging from recessed profiles for daily use to decorative fixtures for special moments. The materials chosen ensure durability and elegance, with neutral-toned finishes and natural wood, reinforcing the cozy and sophisticated atmosphere.

In the couple’s private area, the office designed a layout that emphasizes rest and tranquility. The palette features soft tones and noble materials, creating a welcoming atmosphere, while the integrated closet in the bedroom offers practicality and organization. In the single bedroom, custom furniture makes the most of every corner. The brick-patterned wallpaper contrasts with the black velvet headboard, adding charm to the space.
The dining room features a large table, perfect for the host’s elaborate dinners, while the kitchen, besides being functional, brings sophisticated details that enhance the gastronomic experience.

Finally, the balcony, designed as a wellness space, received a vertical garden by landscape designer Eduardo Sobral. The careful selection of plants, such as ferns, monstera leaves, and peperomias, brought freshness and a natural touch to the apartment. A standout feature is the Duna armchair by Mula Preta, one of the central elements of the decor, inviting the residents to relax.
