The newly established SOTI Inc office in Gurgaon serves as the company’s Asian regional headquarters, boasting a spacious 51,000 square feet area capable of accommodating over 450 employees. The primary objective of this office’s design is to foster creativity and cultivate a vibrant and educational work environment.

Each section of the office exhibits diversity in its design and materials. For instance, the reception area combines a dynamic stone pattern with lively colors and rustic finishes, creating a striking contrast. The reception area is further enhanced by a custom metal ceiling and a full-height curved glass wall. In the workstations, there are pits with exposed RCC (Reinforced Concrete Cement) roofs interspersed with floating acoustic ceiling panels. A unique full-height glass partition system was specially developed for this project, while metal ceilings line the corridors, adding emphasis to the circulation areas. Cabins, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces also feature fully exposed RCC roofs, highlighted by exposed air conditioning ducts and other services. The cafeteria, gymnasium, and recreational spaces exude an informal and relaxed character.

The overarching design concept revolves around creating a “Workspace for Innovation.” Collaboration is recognized as a key driver for generating ideas, and this philosophy is reinforced by incorporating a balanced mix of collaborative spaces and breakout areas throughout the office.

Furthermore, the design maximizes natural light penetration to boost creativity and energy levels. Vibrant colors have been strategically employed in the office not only to provide contrast against the predominant grey color scheme but also to stimulate creativity and enhance productivity.
