The project involves the internal and external transformation of an 80s warehouse and offices abandoned for 15 years. The building, through a careful redistribution of the external openings, was completely clad in sandwich panels of two types, wavy and smooth.

On the ground floor, the position of the entrance has been strategically changed, which previously took place on the long side. The large existing shelter was in fact perfect for enhancing a new entrance which also exploited the great height of the ground floor of the industrial warehouse.
A new staircase leads to the existing mezzanine. The offices of the company have been built on the first floor. The large open space is the main work space around which more private offices and various meeting rooms then rotate, separated by glass walls.
The prefabricated concrete beams of the shed, given their expressive charm, were deliberately left exposed, and the roof isolated by a strong insulating thickness.
