The main product is a modular, scalable unit that can be placed in any location without expensive and heavy foundations. It can be used, for example, as a restaurant, spa, pavilion or lodge and be located on ground, water or on a rooftop. Visually distinctive buildings are altered with interior space elements and surface materials.
The modular buildings are made of construction elements which are prefabricated in a factory, then delivered in containers to a site for fast assembly. The elements are made of Cross-Laminated Timber, CLT, which is selected due to its sustainability and superior qualities in construction. If needed, the buildings can be disassembled and transferred to another location later.
“The inhabited environment is changing rapidly, creating a need for new solutions for commercial properties and spaces. We help customers to stand out with distinctive and functional spaces minimizing the typical risks of construction projects, such as project delays and unexpected costs”.
