Now open to residents, the project is like a boat floating over the sand, as if it has harbored there for years. The design, as a contemporary vernacular response to site and context, is focused on maximizing light and the views over the sea, exuding style and elegance.

The residences range in size from 90 m2 to 250 m2, each with large terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and design details that echo this location´s natural landscape, all intended to connect residents to the outdoor scenery. Through its large glass windows one can have a constant reference to the Mediterranean light, the sea, the beach, the horizon and the distant views.
