At the heart of the dining space lies an open kitchen concept, elevated with a high service platform. A key client requirement was to showcase the art of food preparation — live, raw, and real. Guests don’t just eat here; they experience the journey of their food, creating a sense of honesty and connection.

A cylinder-hung lighting ensemble floats gently over sleek Italian tabletops, casting a warm glow that adds understated elegance. The flooring features a distinct tile pattern in the dining area, guiding your gaze while a live food counter pops dramatically at the center, becoming a visual and experiential focal point.

Despite a layout shaped by the odd geometry of two separate building structures and complex beam grids, the design turns these constraints into character. Misaligned columns become expressive elements, and structural beams are masked smartly using non-aligned darker tones — adding rhythm without distraction. The palette is grounded with a uniform rough concrete texture, giving the space a raw yet refined industrial charm.

Smart spatial planning ensures that a niche zone for group dining or private family meals remains tucked away—allowing memories to be made in peace, without the bustle of the main floor. Plus, the restaurant is designed for maximum visibility from a busy crossroad, making it an architectural landmark for passersby.

This is not just a place to dine — it’s a space where design meets emotion, and where transparency in food and form becomes the signature.
