The architectural vision of the campus is one of transparency and sophistication, with a design characterized by a low-profile, transparent structure nestled amidst verdant greenery. Grounded in a minimalist aesthetic, the campus houses production and administrative departments on the ground floor, while post-production and executive facilities occupy the first floor.

Strategic design elements enhance the functionality and sustainability of the campus. The north-facing orientation harnesses natural light through 7.2m tall high-efficiency glazing, creating a bright and inviting workspace while minimizing energy consumption. Ensuring optimal comfort and energy efficiency, the southern facade utilizes smaller glass panels to control sun exposure. The facade design, inspired by steel bracing, not only mirrors the company’s expertise in orthopaedic technology but also serves as a symbol of structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
The minimalist interiors serve as a canvas for vibrant graphics and murals, infusing energy and creativity into the workspace. Sustainable materials and green-certified components are incorporated throughout, promoting environmental consciousness and employee well-being.

The exterior landscaping of the campus is planned as six distinct zones, each serving a unique purpose. From welcoming entrance aesthetics to recreational areas and corporate greens, every zone is designed to enhance functionality and visual appeal. Practical elements, such as grass pavers and outdoor workspaces, seamlessly integrate with the surroundings while effectively managing stormwater runoff.

Embracing sustainability as a core principle, the campus features rooftop solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and efficient waste management practices. These initiatives reflect Miraclus’s unwavering commitment to innovation and environmental stewardship, demonstrating a dedication to both excellence and sustainability.
