Hampton Hotel & Residence is a tidy, modest building consisting of two rectangular independent units located in the Avlabari area of Tbilisi, Georgia. Eleven-story hotel and twenty-two-story apartment structures complement one another and are designed as a whole. With its dynamic color gradient, the building quickly stands out.

The 170 hotel rooms are attractively built to provide maximum comfort while adhering to Hampton by Hilton principles. The ground floor is planned as a completely transparent room with a glazed curtain wall system, implying a high level of accessibility.

MUA was tasked with ensuring that the resort met Hilton’s consistently high standards. The area has been optimized to ensure affordable and efficient operation, sustainable system solutions have been incorporated, and Hilton design criteria have been strictly observed.
