The resort’s design centers on two striking towers, divided into A and B blocks, with a combined footprint of 20,137 square meters. Together, the towers deliver 421 exclusive apartments, each offering uninterrupted 360-degree views of the Black Sea and the Adjara mountains. Expansive glass façades flood interiors with natural light and frame the shifting coastal scenery, underscoring a contemporary architectural language that prioritizes transparency and connection to the site.

Located in the village of Tsikhisdziri, Petra Sea Resort embraces the area’s ecological richness and cultural depth. The surrounding landscape features diverse natural habitats, while historic landmarks such as the ancient Petra fortress and a 6th-century basilica highlight the region’s long heritage. The resort connects modern elegance with these cultural anchors, creating a dialogue between the present and the past.
