Gustavo Berenblum, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, co-founder of BBA, is an award-winning architect with over 30 years of experience in design and project management. Internationally recognized as a leader in maritime transportation design, Gustavo’s portfolio includes completed cruise terminals, waterfront developments, destination islands, and intermodal centers. Passionate about future-proof buildings, he advocates for the industry through lectures on cruise port design. Beyond his architectural practice, Gustavo actively contributes to community development as the co-chair of FIU’s CARTA Dean’s Council and a member of Wynwood’s District Design Review Board.
