Established in 2006, Architecture BRIO flourishes under the leadership of Shefali Balwani and Robert Verrijt. Both architects, hailing from C.E.P.T, Ahmedabad, and the Technical University of Delft, respectively, met in Sri Lanka. Their encounter with the work of the legendary architect Geoffrey Bawa deeply influenced their design philosophy, merging bold interventions with the utmost sensitivity towards environmental settings.
