Design was worked out considering the visual connectivity between spaces but without disturbing the privacy of the users.
The spaces are planned around a courtyard which brings in natural light and enriches the user experience. The vertical garden in the courtyard helps in creating a micro climate and adds to the beauty of the spaces. The microclimate created helps in keeping the interiors cool in the harsh climatic conditions of Solapur city.
Designed with the basic principles of Vastu Shastra to meet the client’s need, all the spaces have adequate natural light and ventilation.
Play of light and shadows due to the planning of spaces and the design of Architectural elements enhances the aesthetics of this house.
Though this house is designed as an affordable house to fit in the clients budget of around 15 lakhs, this is not at the cost of richness in details, choice of materials and aesthetics.
