The complex integrates into the territory in a perfect combination of architecture and landscape, between land and water, resulting in an oasis just a few steps from the busy capital.

The project, developed according to the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN Agenda 2030, is included in a 13-hectare lot within a National Park, and is characterized by a wide range of Hospitality, F&B and banqueting.

The hotel proposal includes 27 villas of four different types, designed to accommodate up to 8 people and perfectly integrated into the natural slope of the land, a 20-room hotel with common areas and a 1200 m2 SPA, characterized, among other things, by 2 swimming pools, an onsen, a treatment and fitness area, with dedicated family areas and other adult-only areas, and finally 20 Ger-pods, a modern version of the typical Mongolian home, to experience an intimate stay immersed in the future forest.
The dining offer, on the other hand, includes 3 different options, with an independent main restaurant, also accessible to external guests, suspended over the water of a specially designed lake, a large restaurant inside the Hotel and a large glass greenhouse that takes the shape of the ger , the iconic Mongolian tent.

Finally, the surrounding park offers a wide range of spaces dedicated to outdoor life and outdoor activities for the little ones, to fully experience the relationship with the surrounding nature, in a unique context, such as the pristine expanses of Mongolia.
