Reimagining workspaces is increasingly crucial as the demand for more vibrant, inspiring environments grows. Gone are the days of monotonous blacks, whites, and greys dominating office interiors. Seller Drive designed and executed by Salankar Pashine and Associates, with a focus on the unique needs of businesses, exemplifies this evolution in workspace design. This modern workspace, designed especially for technical teams, sets new standards by merging functionality with creativity and technological integration.

Defined by an open, interactive layout, the office interior blends minimalism and modernity as core design principles while the aesthetic direction is dictated by a burst of colours inspired by the brand’s identity and prestigious clients like Amazon and Shopify. Ar. Pallavi Pashine, Co-Founder and Principal Architect at Salankar Pashine & Associates, articulates the philosophy behind Seller Drive: “We aimed to redefine workspaces as more than just functional spaces. Our design ethos revolves around inspiring innovation and fostering collaboration. Through a carefully curated colour scheme and thoughtful spatial planning, the primary intent was to inject vitality, inspiration, and a sense of belonging for everyone stepping into this workspace.”
This unconventional approach starts from the entrance, where the vibrant reception wall acts as a portfolio featuring all the partnered clients and is displayed on slim metal shelving, creating a visual narrative of the values that the company stands for. Moving further inside reveals a deliberate layout: private workspaces on one side and collaborative spaces on the other. The private work areas – an HR cabin, a conference room, and the personalised cabins of the partners, along with the pantries and service area- are demarcated by glass partitions and plywood dividers, creating an interplay between openness and privacy within the flexible workspace. The neutral base is enhanced by lively tones of oranges and soothing greens, with each cabin enriched by unique artwork, contributing a personalised touch to the interiors.

Seller Drive boldly breaks away from traditional office aesthetics by following an industrial design style, featuring mild steel structures on the ceiling. These steel structures are dressed up with vibrant hues reflecting the essence of the brand and its prestigious clientele. The burst of colour infuses the space with dynamism, breathing life into the interiors and fueling the passion of the employees. The selection of artwork plays a pivotal role in bringing a sense of energy into what might otherwise be a routine workweek, sparking a flame of inspiration among occupants. This idea of opting for minimal yet motivational artwork enriches the prosperity of the brand and its workforce.
The design philosophy extends beyond aesthetics, focusing on holistic well-being. Biophilic touches, ergonomic furniture, and ample natural light through expansive windows nurture physical and mental wellness, creating a space that resonates with the human connection to nature.

This ideal workspace is an amalgamation of clever floor planning, optimal lighting, and unique art and graphic murals exhibited on the wall. Each design element coalesces with one another to form a productive work environment where minimalism merges effortlessly with vibrant colours, fostering an office of ingenuity and innovation.
