The development comprises five blocks of buildings arranged in two defined lines. The first two buildings are six stories high and located towards the front of the plot, while the other three are situated towards the rear and have four levels. The arrangement of these volumes creates a large communal courtyard with a BBQ area, swimming pool and sundeck, gym, and coworking space.

Costanera Village is the first building in Carrasco exempt from taxes, adding to the already attractive location. The development’s architectural design is inspired by the surrounding environment, with a unique approach that adapts to the landscape and creates a visual harmony.
