The project is located in Anand Vihar, Delhi. The initial vision was to make it a grand luxury home, with richness in every detail, and every corner speaking the language of grandeur and class.

The area of this project is 360 sq. yards or 3240 sq. ft. The design was planned in such a way that every room should have a distinctive feel. The design mood was curated very meticulously so that one room has a regal feel, while another exudes a soothing vibe.
The narrative was to create a space that is disconnected from the hustle and bustle of the city, and offers a true oasis of beauty, peace and comfort. To give the wooden panelling a PU finish, we polished it with polyester finish, due to which we had to paint the complete home in a new way altogether to create a perfect symphony. And as per the theme Oasis, we were looking for something different that isn’t quite obvious, yet goes with our theme. It was quite challenging. Complementing the interiors with the detailing in ceiling and the wooden panelling was quite a challenge.
In order to create elegant luxury, we put together select materials, finishes and colours to evoke a calming canvas for a play of lux touches. Textural textiles co-exist with gleaming surfaces, wall panelings and ceiling details add depth.
With a rich and cooling blue as the accent shade, this stylish luxury home shines with an inherently peaceful soul.
