The preservation of the greenbelt that runs alongside the property was of paramount importance and we worked to make it more accessible to both the surrounding community as well as The Emerald’s residents.
Owl houses, the reintroduction of indigenous flora through careful planting and the preservation of a number of historic Beirut cypress trees fall among the tasks undertaken.
