Spectrum Retirement Communities asked Vessel to revitalize their model for their senior living communities. The overall purpose and drive of this project were centered around resident experience. The amenities have been designed almost like destinations in and of themselves, but the spaces flow and harmonize with one another.
The community features welcoming modern aesthetics and communal spaces both interior and exterior. These include two themed restaurants, a health center, a salon, outdoor areas, and a plethora of activity spaces. Special thought was put into the memory care portion of the facility, to truly allow residents to age gracefully.
