Art can come out of anything. Would you imagine that a hard material such as wood could form such flexible portraits? Cha Jong- Rye a Korean artist plays with the material and the different depths to create somehow a contour of different levels of depths.
You can see wood forming a kind of textile on the wall or pointed small cones or a working on a bigger scale and using the whole wall as your paper to draw on it.
I think that kind of art could be used for interior design, as shaping the whole texture of a wall and using some lightning, this could be a real good place to live in! A great thing always starts small.
