In the 120-square-metre photographic studio with a cyclorama, you can make a music video or film and use state-of-the-art equipment adapted to each type of film production and full lighting. It is one of the largest such facilities in Poland.
The recording studio was built on a separate foundation slab, and had to be acoustically separated from the rest of the building so as not to transmit vibrations. To achieve this, very thick walls were used, a heavy ceiling was installed and wool was put in between. The 90-square-metre audio space, one of the largest in the country, makes it possible to record ensembles, soloists, voiceover recordings, podcasts or film sound and post-production.
For game designers and producers, there is a gaming space and an almost 300- square-metre Motion Capture studio with the equipment needed for object scanning or VR production. With Performance Capture, eN Studios is the first to offer simultaneous sound recording. Game developers will have at their disposal unique equipment imported from the United States, namely 36 specialised cameras and outfits. The space is as high as two storeys and is equipped with a special floor, which allows cars to enter and also drive through to the photographic studio.
In addition to the well-equipped studio, there is also office and coworking space: conference and workshop rooms, catering facilities, call boxes or a relaxation area.
„Our scope of work included general contracting and the preparation of a conversion project with extension. The realisation was a big challenge for us from the beginning, if only because of the proximity of the railway tracks and the power line located above the building, which caused a lot of logistical problems. This realisation stands out in many respects from the other buildings in our portfolio. First and foremost, through the use of an aluminium and glass façade on a wooden structure or a ventilated façade – increasingly used in Western countries.
