We conceptualized this 650 sqft pied-à-terre with a sense of purity, efficiency, precision and lightness. Clean lines, finishes, and contrast drove the design.

Starting with a raw singular alcove space, the parti maximized living space, while creating a functional private bedroom to be tucked away for entertaining.
