The design of this new family home was created to meet both the current and future generations of the family by being flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of its inhabitants, in both the short and long-term.

The home needed to cater for the client and his two older daughters and their extended family including grandparents and a brother and cousin as well.
We designed the home to stand the test of time not only regarding the functionality of use but also in terms of durability of construction, sustainability and timelessness of style.
This project has won the worldwide award for CEDIA: Best Integrated Home 2016, as well as the ArCH International Award for Residential Design Excellence.
