WZMH architects are four in number, Peter Webb, Boris Zerafa, René Menkès, and Warwick Housden. It is a Toronto, Ontario-based firm. The architectural firm was established in 1961 and later renamed WZMH architects. The firm works as a cube, four-pillar strengthening the base of the firm, they owe the quality of the cube and implement it in their work.
The very well known firm all around the world plays with work like tall towers, skyscrapers, renovation and retrofit projects involving heritage restoration, landmark structures, residential and hospitality projects, major mixed-use development, as well as commercial, institutional, justice buildings, and data centers.

1. Bay Adelaide Centre | WZMH Architects
It is an office complex situated in the financial district of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The building was completed in two-phase. The first phase contains 51 stories and it is known as Bay Adelaide West which was completed in July 2009. The second phase contains 44 storey Bay Adelaide East which was completed in October 2016. The third is already pre-planned but yet to be started.
2. Centennial Place
The 39 storey is a building complex situated in downtown Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building complex also includes a 23 storey office tower. The building construction was started in 2006 and was completed in 2010. So many technologies have been used for making it possible. The building also owns LEED platinum and it is also certified with LEED Gold. It has sustainable features like curtain wall technology, low-flow plumbing fixtures, motion- sensor on lighting controls, a green roof with 30% of its surface plated.
3. The Crossways | WZMH Architects
The building is a mixture of a mixed-use residential/commercial complex, located in the west end of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Around the intersection of Bloor street west and Dundas street west. The building construction was completed in the year 1974. It was designed in the brutalist style. The building contains a twin complex with 29 storey with a height of 92 m.
4. Harbour Centre
The skyscraper which was opened in 1977, located in the central business district of downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The building has a 360-degree viewing deck, the skyscraper is also responsible for tourist attraction along with the top of Vancouver revolving restaurant.
5. 222 Jarvis Street | WZMH Architects
It is an office building designed in the brutalist style by architect Maxwell Miller. The building is situated in Jarvis street in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The office building is ten stories and it was completed in the year 1971. It is an inverted pyramid in shape. Once the building was also called a merchandise building, now it has been converted to loft apartments.
6. Caesars Winds
Caesars Windsor a casino. The casino is situated in Windsor, Ontario, Canada which was opened in 1994. It is around the waterfront of the Detroit River. The casino is owned by the government of Ontario. It is the oldest casino among the other four casinos opened in the same area and duration of the year. The original casino and the expansion of that casino were completed in 2008 which was operated by WZMH architects.
7. Canadian Space Agency (Csa)
The CSA was established in 1990, it is the national space agency of Canada. CSA’s purpose is innovation, economic development, and science. The headquarters of CSA is located in Quebec.
8. Casino Rama | WZMH Architects
The name itself speaks that it is a casino, hotel, and entertainment complex, situated in the town of Rama, Ontario, Canada. The casino space also includes restaurants, an entertainment complex that hosts regular tickets and shows, and a hotel and spa.
9. CN Tower
The CN tower is 553.3 m high, the tower is located in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The CN tower construction was completed in 1976. The full-form of CN is CANADIAN NATIONAL. Now the tower is transferred to the Canada lands company.
10. Exchange Place | WZMH Architects
The exchange place is also called a modern skyscraper, located at 43-53 state street or 1 exchange place, between congress and Kilby streets, in the financial district of Boston, Massachusetts. The skyscraper was built in the year 1981-1985, the skyscraper is also recognized as Boston’s 14th tallest building with a height of 155m and contains 40 floors.
11. Lester B. Pearson Building
The building was named after Lester B. Person, former external affairs minister, and Nobel prize winner, and prime minister of Canada. The building is the headquarters of the Canadian Department of foreign affairs. The existing building was designed by architect Webb Zarafa Menkes.
12. Maplewood High School
The school aims to build futures, now the high school passed on to the Toronto district school board upon amalgamation in 1998. The school was constructed in the year 1967. It is also called Maplewood HS, MHS, or Maplewood and Maplewood vocational school.
13. Royal Bank Plaza | WZMH Architects
It is a skyscraper, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The skyscraper is owned by the real estate firm known as oxford properties. The building shares along with the Fairmont royal hotel the block in Toronto’s financial district.
14. Scotia Plaza
It is a commercial office complex, located in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The building is entitled as the 3rd tallest skyscraper along with the 22nd tallest building in North America. The office contains 68 floors and 40 retail stores. The height of the skyscrapers is 275m.
15. Tabor Park Vocational School | WZMH Architects
The school is also known as tabor park HS/VS, TPVS, or tabor. The school aims forward step by step. The school was established in 1965. The school operated as public and vocational high school until they met the needs of the large baby-boom generation.
