The minimalist Slipsten clock was designed by a studio in Warsaw.
Warsaw Studio Moderation praised yesterday on Instagram’s cooperation with IKEA.
The studio has designed a minimalist SLIPSTEN clock that has just hit the stores of the Swedish brand.
Made of ABS plastic and, due to the use of quartz mechanism, characterized by quiet ticking. SLIPSTEN clock costs 39,99 zł.
The founders of the moderation studies are Stanislaw Czarnocki and Katarzyna Kemp. They work with IKEA for the first time. What is the philosophy of their company?
Moderation believes in simple and functional forms of objects designed.
“The world is filled with too many products that have short-term goals, and their task is to arouse our desire for ownership, ” explains the designers. Contrary to that, they put on simple solutions and limit the excess of objects around us. Every modularity product is created with attention to detail, and the design process is always preceded by thorough research.
Earlier for IKEA were designed Maja Ganszyniec, Krystian Kowalski, Paweł Jasiewicz and Tomek Rygalik.
